Laminating equipment

Pouch laminator is a very handy laminating equipment and maily used for small size lamination. Heat sensitive laminating film and paper is passed through pouch laminator in which two heated rolls are moving applying some pressure. Due to the effect of heat and pressure thermal laminating film gets bonded with the paper or print.

Roll laminator is a laminating equipment used for high speed lamination. For this type of laminating equipment laminating film is in the form of roll. There is a heated metallic roll on which laminating film is passed.

Heat sensitive surface of the film does not contact to the roll directly but opposite side of the laminating film touches the heated roll. In this laminating equipment film and sheet passed through roll under pressure and gets laminated. These types of laminating equipment are very much used in the in the industry now a days.

Foliant laminator are used for single side lamination. This laminating equipment is used for book cover lamination where we need to laminate only one side of the sheet.

Cold laminators are used where sheet is affected by heat. In this laminating equipment one side is having adhesive which has ability to make bond with paper under pressure. Some prints like wax print can damage if it comes in contact with heat and in these cases we use cold laminators.
