Laminating machine

Laminating machines are used to make laminates. A laminating machine is also called laminator. Lamination process is done to protect our media like paper, photo, business card and posters. It protects the laminate from wrinkles, dust and moisture.

Laminating machines mainly uses two types of lamination supplies. One in the form of roll and the other as sheets. Laminating machines can be of below types.

Roll laminating machine uses lamination supplies in roll forms and laminates are made on high speeds. Cold laminators are used where our print is sensitive to heat and we cannot apply heat to the same. Wax painting is one example where cold laminating is done. Pouch laminating machine is low speed lamination machine.

There are some limitations like laminate width in pouch laminators. Business cards can be laminated on the same. Pouch laminating machine is handy and can be use in house also. Different lamination supplies give needed quality of laminate during lamination.
